A small programmable controller that converts the resistance signal from a stock fuel sender into a 0–5 V analog output.
It lets you keep your original (resistance-based) fuel sender while connecting it to a digital dashboard or gauge that requires a 0–5 V input.
This is a practical solution for vehicles from Toyota and other Japanese brands, where factory digital fuel gauges are now discontinued or very expensive.
What it does:
Reads common fuel sender resistance ranges (e.g. 0–90 Ω, 240–33 Ω and similar)
Outputs a customizable 0–5 V signal
Allows precise calibration for your tank shape and sender curve
The interface also shows live readings: resistance, fuel percentage, and output voltage — useful for testing and verification.
Technical overview:
Input: fuel sender resistance
Output: 0–5 V DC
Power: 5 V DC
Connectivity: Wi-Fi (setup & live view)
Ideal for digital dashes, restomods, kit cars, or any project needing to bridge a stock sender to a modern digital system.
