These Terms govern all purchases from fastroad-shop.com, a private hobby webshop operated by João Santos, Switzerland.
2. Conclusion of Contract
Product listings are invitations to treat. A binding contract forms when we send an order confirmation email after successful payment. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues).
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in CHF, EUR, or USD (selected at checkout). No Swiss VAT applies (low turnover). Payment is due immediately via [your methods, e.g. Stripe, bank transfer]. Ownership passes only after full payment.

5. Product-Specific Notes
- Electronics: Made-to-order, personalized — no returns once production starts.
- Used car wheels and parts: Sold “as is” based on descriptions/photos. Check conditions carefully.
6. Warranty and Liability
2-year Swiss statutory warranty for defects on new items. Used items: No warranty beyond disclosed defects. We are liable only for intentional acts or gross negligence. No liability for consequential damages or misuse.
7. Returns and Cancellation
No statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law for online sales. Used items: No returns. Defective items: Contact us within 14 days with photos/description. Returns at your cost if approved.
8. Governing Law
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Bern canton.
