Shipping
We ship worldwide using Swiss Post (standard or priority options).
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout (based on weight, destination, service)
- Currency: CHF, EUR, or USD (matches your order currency)
- Delivery times (estimates only):
– Switzerland: 2–5 business days
– Europe: 4–10 business days
– Worldwide: 7–21 business days (customs may delay) - Fragile/used items (e.g. wheels): Carefully packaged. No liability for carrier damage after handover.
- Customs & duties: Buyer’s responsibility for international import fees/taxes.
Returns & Refunds
No statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland for online purchases.
- Used car wheels/parts (sold “as is”): No returns unless not as described (undisclosed damage).
- Defective items: Contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos/description. Return shipping at your expense if approved. Refunds (excluding shipping) to original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.
